Mental Health Department

Listening, guidance and support on the path to the right care

Mental health challenges affect individuals and the people closest to them. Alongside the challenges themselves, questions often arise: whom to turn to, which treatment is appropriate, and how to find the right professional.

Mazor’s Mental Health Department helps individuals and their families find a way forward, with attentive listening, sensitivity and respect for privacy. We are here to understand each person’s needs, clarify the options, and help connect them with appropriate professionals and treatment services in psychiatry and mental health.

The department is headed by Menachem Berkovitz, a professional with extensive knowledge of mental health, its practitioners and the range of available treatment services. He supports individuals and their families in finding appropriate care, listening with sensitivity and an understanding of their personal and family needs.

Emotional Support Division

Making room for how you feel

Alongside the Mental Health Department, Mazor’s Emotional Support Division operates under the guidance of Mrs. Goldi Reisner, offering support and guidance in finding emotional care tailored to the needs of individuals and their families.

Among those the division supports are families coping with a loved one’s serious medical condition. A complex diagnosis, prolonged hospitalization or a course of treatment can disrupt family life and bring worry, uncertainty and emotional strain, affecting spouses, parents and children alike.

Recognizing that a medical challenge affects the whole family, we help make space for difficult feelings, identify the need for support and find appropriate professional care.

Even when words are hard to find, reaching out is a place to start.
We are here to listen and help.
